积极情绪与生理、心理健康的密切关系已被揭示,并被认为是对于个体健康有正面的影响(董妍,2012)。据预测,到2050年,世界人口将达到100亿,其中75%的居民将居住在城市,城市人口的密度将不断增加(UNFPA,2011)。然而,21世纪正面临着一系列的健康问题,如心理、神经和免疫疾病患病风险的增加等(Danielsson et al.,2012)。而长期暴露在充满压力的环境中,则有可能加剧注意力缺失、愤怒、抑郁等问题(Kanjo et al.,2018)。研究表明,城市自然有潜力解决城市居民的健康问题(Keniger等人,2013),包括恢复注意力(Kaplans,1993)、减缓压力(Ulrich,1984)和降低心血管疾病致死的风险(Hanski et al., 2012)。因此,改善城市自然环境对于保持个体健康具有重要意义。

该设计项目以研究广州市内的灰色、蓝色、绿色空间类型对于个体的身心恢复性差异,及特定的景观要素对于支持恢复身心健康的作用差异作为前期的理论基础。后根据研究结果,选取广东省中医院大学城分院作为实践对象,对场地制定基于实证的景观提升策略

The close relationship between positive moods and physical and mental health has been revealed, and is believed to have a positive impact on individual health (Dong Yan, 2012). It is predicted that by 2050, the world population will reach 10 billion people, 75% of whom will live in cities, and the density of the urban population will increase (UNFPA, 2011). However, the 21st century is facing a number of health problems such as an increased risk of developing psychological, neurological, and immunological diseases (Danielsson et al., 2012). And prolonged exposure to stressful environments has the potential to exacerbate problems such as attention deficit, anger, and depression (Kanjo et al., 2018). Research has shown that urban nature has the potential to address the health problems of urban dwellers (Keniger et al., 2013), including restoring attention (Kaplans, 1993), reducing stress (Ulrich, 1984), and reducing the risk of death from cardiovascular disease (Hanski et al., 2012). Therefore, improving the natural urban environment is important for maintaining individual health.

The design project is based on a study of the differences in the physical and mental restorative properties of grey, blue and green space types in Guangzhou city for individuals and the differences in the role of specific landscape elements in supporting the restoration of physical and mental health as a preliminary theoretical basis. Based on the results of the study, the Guangdong Province Traditional Chinese Medical Hospital, University City Branch is selected as the practice object to develop an evidence-based landscape enhancement strategy for the site.
